The hotel is well-organised and extremely comfy with useful personnel on the reception desk. This property offers unbeatable location very close to food places. A great bar does the trick. Every visit to Berlin we like to stay here.

The hotel is well-organized and offers a stunning setting near the main train station. the trams run frequently from early morning to late in the evening in central Berlin. - the rooms are equipped with a minibar and comfortable beds. - the personnel at the reception desk are efficient.

Extremely comfy and chic accommodation with exceptionally nice staff on the reception desk. Plenty of food at breakfast, including cereal, pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs, and cheese. - Great and unbeatable location in a good area.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. Although the hotel was a good value for the money, we were expecting a much more luxurious hotel. The room was very small and the staff was very junior. If you are looking for a 4 stars hotel, do not go there. But if you are ok with 3 stars then this can be a great place.

The hotel has amicable staff on the reception desk. the trendy and modern decoration of the unit, along with the comfortable bed, make for a pleasant stay. It is located right by restaurants and shops, with good public transport links to the center of Berlin. They offer fab and outstanding slices of fresh bread and pastries.

Breakfast very good and interesting Staff very helpful and friendly Great location (although its difficult to find due to its newness). Taxis didn't know where it was.

WiFi is only free for the first day. Lifts were painfully slow. We waited 10 minutes once. There seems to be no usable stairs - at least the staff don't want you to use the stairs. Room card system for accessing lifts was a pain. The card can only be used on one of its 4 edges and always needed two attempts. Making up of room was a bit disorganized but as this hotel was brand new I'm sure this will be worked out.

Great location in a particularly good area with modern double rooms featuring views of Alexanderplatz and minibars.
